Fulminate is a general zine celebrating the characters of Final Fantasy XVI, the latest mainline title in the Final Fantasy series produced by Square Enix. The zine will feature artists, merch artists, and writers and will have a PG-13 rating.Fulminate will be released in both digital and physical formats, with physical merchandise available in select bundles.

Dates are approximate and schedule is subject to change at any time, as delays and changes may occur over the course of the project. Should a change in schedule occur, contributors and supporters will be informed promptly.

What is a zine/fanzine?
A fanzine is a mini magazine comprised of fan-made creative media (eg. art, writings, merchandise, etc.).Will this be a physical or digital zine?
This zine will be available in both physical and digital formats.Will this zine contain NSFW content?
This zine will have a PG-13 rating. As such, some content that is present in FFXVI, such as nudity, sexual content, and violence, will not be present in this zine.Will ships be allowed?
Fulminate is a general zine with an aim to celebrate all the characters and relationships in FFXVI. As such, ships are allowed, but they will be non-focal to allow all characters and connections to shine.Will this be a charity or for-profit zine?
This zine will be for-profit with 70% of the profits to be split among contributors and 30% to be split among the moderator team.Can I sell my art piece/merch made for this zine on my own shop?
Absolutely! Contributors will have full creative rights to their works. We only ask they do not share, post full versions, or sell their pieces with the exception of sneak preview posts until after the shipping period is complete.How will contributors be compensated?
In addition to potential monetary profit, all mods and contributors are guaranteed to receive a free digital PDF of the zine. If we are able to reach our ideal financial goals, we will be able to provide contributors with physical copies as well as, potentially, full bundles. In the event that the zine does not break even, the physical zine and merch will be available to be purchased by contributors at its production cost.
